Our Story
From a Single Store to a National Agricultural Enterprise
Agriserve Agro was founded by Liesel Otten with a clear mission: to make quality agricultural inputs accessible and affordable for every farmer in Zambia. What started as a single agro-dealer outlet has grown into a multi-branch agricultural enterprise with its own veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Over two decades, we have built deep relationships with farming communities across Zambia — from smallholders in the Western Province to large commercial operations in the Southern and Central regions. We understand the challenges Zambian farmers face because we work alongside them every day.
Today, Agriserve Agro operates five branches nationwide, manufactures its own Alpha Range of veterinary products, and provides comprehensive agricultural support services including irrigation, solar solutions, pasture development, and farmer extension programmes.

To position Zambia as a regional hub for veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing, building a scalable platform that serves farmers across Southern Africa through local production and innovation.

GMP-Compliant Local Production
Our Lusaka-based manufacturing facility produces the Alpha Range of veterinary products under ZAMRA-regulated, GMP-compliant conditions. With a production capacity of 60,000 litres per month, we can serve both smallholder and commercial farming operations.
